Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power cable is correctly connected to the motorcycle battery (ACC and GND) and the ignition is on. Check for any blown fuses in the motorcycle's electrical system.
- Cannot Connect to CarPlay/Android Auto: Verify that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on your smartphone. Ensure the phone is within range and not connected to other devices. Try restarting both the display and your phone.
- Poor GPS Signal: Ensure the device has a clear view of the sky. Obstructions like tunnels or dense urban areas can interfere with GPS signals.
- Camera Not Recording: Check if the SD card is properly inserted and has sufficient free space. Ensure loop recording is enabled in the settings. Format the SD card if necessary (this will erase all data).
- Screen Glare: While the screen has an anti-glare design, extreme direct sunlight can still cause some visibility issues. Adjust your riding position or the display angle if possible.
- Audio Issues: Ensure your Bluetooth headset or helmet is properly paired and selected as the audio output. Check the volume levels on both the display and your connected device.
