Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically requires two adults and common household tools such as a Phillips head screwdriver and a hammer. Follow the numbered steps carefully.

Step 1: Prepare the Workspace

Clear a spacious area and lay out all components on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage during assembly.

Step 2: Assemble the Main Frame

Attach the side panels to the bottom panel using the provided hardware. Ensure all cam locks are tightened securely. Refer to the diagram for correct orientation.

Step 3: Install Shelves and Back Panel

Insert the adjustable shelf pins into the desired holes and place the shelves. Secure the back panel to the frame using small nails or screws.

Step 4: Attach the Top Panel

Carefully align the imitation marble top panel with the assembled frame and secure it using the designated hardware. Ensure it is flush and stable.

Step 5: Install Doors and Handles

Attach the hinges to the cabinet doors and then to the main frame. Adjust hinges as needed for proper door alignment. Install the door handles.

Step 6: Attach Casters

Turn the island onto its side (with assistance) and attach the four lockable casters to the bottom corners. Ensure they are firmly screwed in.

Step 7: Install LED Lights and Power Outlets

Adhere the LED light strip inside the cabinet as desired. Connect the light strip to the controller and power adapter. Install the integrated power outlet unit into the pre-drilled slot on the countertop and connect its power cord.

Operating Instructions

Storage Compartments

The kitchen island features multiple storage compartments behind glass doors. The shelves are adjustable to accommodate items of various heights. To adjust a shelf, remove the shelf, reposition the shelf pins to the desired height, and then place the shelf back on the pins.

LED Lighting System

The integrated RGB LED lighting system can be controlled via a remote or a button on the controller.

• Power On/Off: Press the power button on the controller or remote.
• Change Colors: Use the color selection buttons on the remote to cycle through various RGB colors.
• Adjust Brightness: Use the brightness control buttons on the remote to increase or decrease light intensity.
• Modes: Some controllers may offer dynamic modes (e.g., flash, fade). Refer to the specific LED controller manual for advanced functions.

Integrated Power Outlets

The countertop features AC outlets and USB charging ports.

• Ensure the island's power cord is plugged into a functional wall outlet.
• Plug in kitchen appliances (e.g., coffee makers, blenders) into the AC outlets.
• Connect mobile devices to the USB ports for charging.
• Do not exceed the maximum power rating of the outlets.

Moving the Island

The island is equipped with four smooth-rolling, lockable casters for easy repositioning.

• To Move: Unlock all four casters by flipping the lever on each wheel. Gently push the island to the desired location.
• To Secure: Once in position, lock all four casters by flipping the lever back. This prevents unintended movement.

Maintenance and Care

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your kitchen island.

• Cleaning the Surface: Wipe the imitation marble countertop and engineered wood surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
• Spills: Clean spills immediately to prevent staining, especially on the imitation marble surface.
• LED Lights: The LED lights are low maintenance. If a light strip malfunctions, contact customer support for replacement options. Do not attempt to repair electrical components yourself.
• Casters: Periodically check casters for debris and ensure they roll smoothly. Clean as needed.
• Hardware: Regularly check all screws and fasteners and tighten them if they become loose.
