Operating Instructions
1. Starting the Mower (2-Step Quick Start)

2. Mowing Techniques
For best results, mow in straight, overlapping lines. Avoid cutting more than one-third of the grass blade length at a time. The 17-inch cutting width is suitable for small to mid-sized yards.

3. Bagging and Mulching Functions
Your mower offers both bagging and mulching capabilities. For bagging, ensure the grass collection bag is properly attached. For mulching, remove the grass bag and install the mulching plug (if included, or ensure the rear discharge chute is closed). Mulching returns fine grass clippings to the lawn as natural fertilizer.

Maintenance
1. Blade Care
The mower is equipped with a sharp manganese steel blade. Regularly inspect the blade for sharpness and damage. A dull or damaged blade can lead to uneven cuts and strain the motor. Replace or sharpen the blade as needed. Always disconnect batteries before inspecting or servicing the blade.

2. Cleaning and Storage
After each use, clean the mower deck and grass bag to prevent buildup of grass clippings. Store the mower in a dry, secure location. The mower's design allows for simple, compact storage.
