2. Product Overview
The POXURIO Airless Paint Sprayer is designed for efficient application of various coatings. It features a powerful 1200W motor, delivering a flow rate of 1.2 liters per minute, which significantly speeds up painting tasks compared to traditional methods. The sprayer supports an adjustable spray pressure of up to 3300 PSI, ensuring even and delicate paint application for a professional finish. Its compact design, weighing 9.98 pounds, includes a portable handle and a 29.5 ft. long hose storage rack for convenient storage and transport.

Key components include a 515 spray nozzle, extension pole, spray gun, portable handle, on/off switch, hose storage rack, pressure relief valve, pressure regulating valve, outlet, material cup, exhaust pipe, power cord, and suction hose.
3. Setup
Before initial use, ensure all connections are secure. Connect the high-pressure hose to the sprayer's outlet and the spray gun. Submerge the suction hose into the paint container. For optimal performance and pump longevity, apply a few drops of pump lubricant (provided) into the designated slot on the front of the unit before each use. This lubrication does not mix with the paint stream.

Once assembled, prime the pump by turning the pressure regulating valve to the lowest setting and switching the unit on. Allow the system to circulate paint until all air is purged from the lines. Increase pressure gradually to the desired setting for spraying.

4. Operating Instructions
The sprayer offers two methods of use: a direct nozzle for close-range work and a 12-inch extension pole for reaching higher or more distant areas. Adjust the pressure regulating valve to achieve the desired spray pattern and coverage. A 515 nozzle is included for general spraying applications, providing a fine and even finish.

Maintain a consistent distance and speed while spraying to ensure uniform application. Overlap each pass by approximately 50% to avoid streaks and uneven coating. The 31-foot high-pressure pipe allows for a maximum spraying distance of 65.6 feet, providing flexibility for various projects.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning after each use is crucial for maintaining the sprayer's performance and extending its lifespan. Flush the system thoroughly with an appropriate cleaning solution (water for latex paints, mineral spirits for oil-based paints) until the liquid runs clear. Disassemble the spray gun and nozzle for individual cleaning, removing any paint residue. Use the provided cleaning units (brushes and needles) to clear any blockages in the nozzle or gun components. Store the sprayer in a clean, dry place with the lines capped to prevent debris from entering.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Spray or Low Pressure: Check if the power cord is securely connected and the unit is switched on. Ensure the suction hose is fully submerged in paint and not drawing air. Verify that the pressure regulating valve is set correctly. Inspect the nozzle and filter for clogs and clean if necessary.
- Uneven Spray Pattern: This often indicates a partially clogged nozzle or incorrect pressure setting. Clean the nozzle and adjust pressure as needed.
- Leaking: Check all hose connections and fittings for tightness. Inspect O-rings and seals for wear or damage and replace if required.
- Pump Not Priming: Ensure the suction hose is properly installed and submerged. Check for air leaks in the suction line.
If issues persist after basic troubleshooting, consult a qualified technician or contact customer support.
