Setup Guide

1. Charging the Devices

Before first use, fully charge both the remote control transmitter and the collar receiver. A full charge typically takes 2 hours.

  • Connect the USB charging cable to the charging ports on both the remote and the receiver.
  • Plug the other end of the USB cable into a power adapter, computer, laptop, or power bank.
  • The battery indicator on the devices will show charging status and turn solid when fully charged.

Expected Battery Life: Transmitter: up to 180 days. Receiver: 20-40 days.

2. Attaching Contact Points and Collar Strap

Select the appropriate contact points based on your dog's coat length. Use shorter points for dogs with fine coats and longer points for dogs with thick coats. For dogs with very short coats or if static correction is not desired, the needle-free design allows for use without contact prongs.

  • Screw the chosen contact points onto the receiver.
  • If using static correction, ensure the contact points make direct contact with your dog's skin.
  • Thread the adjustable nylon strap through the receiver.

3. Fitting the Collar

Proper fit is crucial for comfort and effectiveness. The collar is adjustable from 0-26 inches to fit dogs of all sizes.

  • Place the receiver on your dog's neck, ensuring the contact points are centered beneath the neck.
  • Adjust the strap so it is snug but not too tight. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the strap and your dog's neck.
  • Trim any excess strap length if necessary, and use a lighter to seal the cut edge to prevent fraying.

2. Automatic Anti-Barking Mode

The collar features a built-in AI smart chip that accurately identifies dog barks and filters out ambient noise, preventing false triggers. It offers 5 adjustable sensitivity levels and 3 combined working modes.

  • Working Modes: Vibration, Beep + Vibration, Beep + Vibration + Safe Shock.
  • Progressive Correction: The collar delivers progressively stronger corrections (starting with gentle vibration) if barking continues.
  • Safety Pause: After 5 consecutive triggers, the collar automatically enters a 30-second safety pause to prevent over-correction. It resets to the previous level after 30 seconds of silence.
