4. Setup

Follow these steps to prepare your heating pad for use:

1. Carefully unpack the heating pad and its controller from the packaging.
2. Ensure the controller cable is securely plugged into the connection port on the heating pad.
3. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
4. Position the heating pad on the desired body area. Use the weighted edges, snap fasteners, and fixture straps to secure it comfortably around your back, neck, or shoulders.

5. Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Press the Power Button (usually indicated by a circle with a vertical line) on the controller to turn the unit on or off. The LED display will illuminate when powered on, showing the current heat or timer setting.

Adjusting Heat Settings

The heating pad offers 10 heat settings, allowing you to customize the warmth from 100°F to 150°F.

• Press the Heat Setting Button (usually indicated by a thermometer icon or up/down arrows) to cycle through the available heat levels.
• The current heat setting (1-10) will be displayed on the controller's LED screen.

Setting the Timer

The heating pad features 4 timing settings to ensure safe and controlled use:

• Press the Timer Button (usually indicated by a clock icon) to select your desired operating duration: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes.
• The selected time will be displayed on the controller.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Cleaning Instructions

Proper care ensures the longevity and hygiene of your heating pad:

1. Always unplug the heating pad from the electrical outlet and disconnect the controller from the pad before cleaning.
2. The microplush flannel fabric is machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water.
3. Do not bleach.
4. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
5. Do not dry clean.
6. Do not iron.

No Heat or Power
