1. Introduction

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your barber salon chair. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Step 1: Attach the Base to the Hydraulic Pump

Place the chromium-plated steel base on a flat surface. Insert the hydraulic pump into the center hole of the base. Ensure it is securely seated.

Step 2: Assemble the Seat and Backrest

Connect the seat cushion to the backrest using the provided hardware. Ensure all screws are tightened securely but do not overtighten.

Step 3: Attach Armrests and Footrest

Secure the hollow-out metal armrests to the sides of the seat assembly. Attach the footrest to the designated points on the chair frame. Refer to the visual instructions for correct orientation.

Step 4: Mount the Chair Top onto the Hydraulic Pump

Carefully place the assembled seat, backrest, armrests, and footrest onto the top of the hydraulic pump. Ensure the chair top is firmly seated and aligned.

Step 5: Attach the Headrest

Insert the adjustable headrest into the designated slot at the top of the backrest. It can be removed or adjusted for personalized comfort.

4. Operating Instructions

Your BouPower Barber Salon Chair offers several adjustable features for optimal client comfort and stylist convenience.

Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair height, use the hydraulic lever located on the side of the chair. Press the lever down to lower the chair. To raise the chair, pump the lever repeatedly with your foot until the desired height is reached. The chair offers a 5-inch height adjustment range (approximately 38"-43" from floor to top of backrest).

Reclining Backrest

To recline the backrest, locate the reclining lever, typically on the side of the chair. Pull the lever up and gently push back on the backrest to achieve the desired angle between 90° and 135°. Release the lever to lock the position. To return to an upright position, pull the lever and lean forward.

360° Swivel Function

The chair is designed with a 360-degree swivel function, allowing for easy rotation. Simply rotate the chair to the desired orientation. No locking mechanism is typically required for swivel; it moves freely.

5. Maintenance
