Required Materials (Not Included)

Setup and Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your boat loading ramp kit. It is recommended to have at least two people for assembly.

1. Prepare the Lumber Frame

   Cut and prepare the treated lumber according to the dimensions required for your specific watercraft. Construct the main frame of the ramp using the 2" x 8" and 2" x 6" lumber, ensuring a sturdy and level base.

2. Attach Winch Assembly

   Mount the two-way winch securely to the designated end of the ramp frame using the provided galvanized steel brackets and hardware. Ensure the winch is positioned for easy access and operation.

3. Install Rollers

4. Adjust Height and Stability

5. Secure the Ramp

Operating Instructions

Proper operation ensures the longevity of your watercraft and the ramp system.

1. Launching Your Watercraft

   Carefully release the winch strap and allow your watercraft to roll smoothly down the ramp into the water. The auto-adjusting rollers will guide the watercraft, minimizing effort.

2. Loading Your Watercraft

   Guide your watercraft onto the submerged end of the ramp. Attach the winch strap securely to the watercraft's bow eye. Use the two-way winch to smoothly pull the watercraft up the ramp until it is fully clear of the water and securely positioned on the rollers.

3. Securing After Loading

   Once the watercraft is fully loaded, ensure the winch is locked and the watercraft is stable on the rollers. Consider additional tie-downs if strong winds or currents are expected.
