The Aoxun 8x8 Gazebo features a double roof for enhanced ventilation, full-perimeter mosquito netting, and a heavy-duty frame designed for outdoor use. It is intended to provide shade and protection from insects in various outdoor settings.
Safety Information
WARNING:
- This gazebo is designed to withstand Level 7 winds but requires proper anchoring for safety. Always install the included expansion bolts, wind ropes, and ground stakes to secure the structure, especially during high-wind conditions. Failure to properly anchor the shelter may result in tipping or structural failure.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 250 lbs.
- Ensure the shelter is set up on level ground.
- Keep away from open flames or heat sources due to the fabric material.
- This model of gazebo does not come with curtains. It only has the netting configuration.
Setup and Assembly
The Aoxun 8x8 Gazebo comes with a complete installation kit. Assembly typically requires two people for optimal ease and safety.
Included Components:
- Powder-coated steel frame components (50*50mm legs)
- 160g PU-coated polyester fabric roof
- Full-perimeter mosquito netting with Velcro-sealed edges
- 4 spiral ground stakes
- 8 short stakes
- 8 expansion bolts
- 4 wind ropes
- 1 S-hook
- Reinforced D-rings on all four corners
Assembly Steps:
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unpack all components and verify against the parts list in the separate assembly guide. Ensure all pieces are present and undamaged.
- Assemble Frame: Follow the detailed diagrams in the assembly guide to connect the steel frame components. Pay close attention to the orientation of each piece.
- Install Roof Fabric: Drape the polyester fabric roof over the assembled frame. Ensure the double roof sections are correctly aligned for proper ventilation and water drainage.
- Attach Mosquito Netting: Secure the full-perimeter mosquito netting to the frame using the integrated Velcro fasteners. Ensure the top ventilation duct also has its mosquito-proof net attached.
- Anchor the Gazebo: This is a critical step for stability. Use the provided 8 expansion bolts for concrete surfaces, or the 4 spiral ground stakes and 8 short stakes for soft ground. Attach the 4 wind ropes to the reinforced D-rings on the corners and secure them to the ground using stakes.
- Final Checks: Inspect all connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Verify the gazebo is level and stable.

Operating Instructions
Weather Protection:
- Wind Resistance: The robust structure with 50*50mm powder-coated steel legs and proper anchoring (expansion bolts, wind ropes, D-rings) allows the gazebo to withstand Level 7 winds (up to 38 mph). Always ensure all anchoring mechanisms are correctly installed and maintained.
- Water Drainage: The dual-layer roof design includes 8 dedicated leakage holes to prevent water accumulation, reduce fabric stress, and extend the canopy’s lifespan. This quick-drain feature ensures the gazebo remains functional during rain.
- Sun Protection: The 160g PU-coated polyester fabric offers UPF 50+ sun protection, blocking harmful UV rays and providing reliable water resistance.
Insect Protection and Ventilation:
- Mosquito Netting: The full-perimeter fine mesh netting with Velcro-sealed edges effectively keeps insects out while allowing air circulation. The top ventilation duct is also equipped with a mosquito-proof net for comprehensive protection.
- Ventilated Double Roof: The dual-layer roof design promotes airflow, reducing heat buildup and enhancing comfort within the gazebo.
Customization:
- Accessory Hooks: The top hooks allow for hanging lights or a fan, enhancing the usability and comfort of your outdoor living space.
- Decoration Hanging: Four corner rings are provided for hanging decorations.

Maintenance
- Cleaning Fabric: The PU-coated polyester fabric is quick-drying and tear-resistant. Clean the canopy and netting periodically with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage or prolonged non-use. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Frame Care: Inspect the powder-coated steel frame regularly for any signs of rust or damage. Clean the frame with a damp cloth. If scratches occur, touch up with rust-inhibiting paint to prevent corrosion.
- Anchoring Inspection: Periodically check the tightness of all expansion bolts, ground stakes, and wind ropes. Re-secure as necessary to maintain stability.
- Seasonal Storage: In regions with severe weather conditions (heavy snow, extreme winds), it is recommended to disassemble and store the gazebo indoors to prolong its lifespan.

Troubleshooting
- Gazebo feels unstable: Ensure all frame connections are tight and that the gazebo is properly anchored using all provided expansion bolts, ground stakes, and wind ropes. Verify installation on level ground.
- Water pooling on roof: Check that the roof fabric is correctly installed and taut, allowing water to flow towards the drainage holes. Ensure the drainage holes are clear of debris.
- Insects entering: Verify that the mosquito netting is fully zipped and all Velcro seals are properly closed. Check the top ventilation duct netting for any gaps.
- Difficulty with assembly: Refer back to the detailed assembly guide. Ensure all parts are correctly identified and oriented. Assembly is easier with two people.
