1. Setup and Assembly

Your Jasion RetroVolt Electric Bike is designed for straightforward assembly. Most major components are pre-installed, requiring only a few steps to get you ready to ride.

1.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any visible damage during transit. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present.

1.2 Handlebar and Stem Installation

Attach the handlebar to the stem. Ensure it is centered and tightened securely using the provided tools. Adjust the angle for comfortable riding posture.

1.3 Front Wheel and Fender Attachment

1.4 Pedal Installation

Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread them into the corresponding crank arms. Remember that the left pedal threads counter-clockwise. Tighten them securely.

1.5 Seat Post Adjustment

1.7 Tire Inflation
