Setup and Assembly

Key Assembly Steps:

1. Prepare the Vehicle Body: Place the vehicle body upside down on a flat, stable surface.
2. Install Front Bracket Assembly: Attach the front bracket assembly to the front of the vehicle. Ensure the steering column passes through the designated hole and secure it with the provided washers and nuts. Connect the motor wires on each side.
3. Assemble Rear Suspension: Attach the springs to the brackets on the rear axle. Rotate the torsion bars and secure them to the brackets on the back axle using screws, washers, and cotter pins.
4. Install Rear Gearboxes and Axle: Place the left and right gearboxes on the corresponding sides of the axle. Slide the rear axle through one gearbox, through the body slot, and out the other side. Thread the transmission wires through the appropriate holes into the battery compartment.
5. Attach Wheels: Remove the lock nuts from the front and rear axles. Slide the front wheels into place, ensuring the teeth on the back of the tire align with the motor. Secure with washers and nuts. Repeat for the rear wheels, twisting the screws in a counterclockwise direction simultaneously for proper fit. Press on the wheel covers.
6. Connect Power: Turn the vehicle right side up. Open the battery compartment (located under the seat). Connect the transmission wires to the corresponding sockets of the receiver. Ensure the wire delivering power to the front of the vehicle is connected to the correct socket.
7. Install Steering Wheel: Remove the nut and bolt from the side of the steering wheel. Connect the wires from the steering column to the wires under the steering wheel. Slide the steering wheel onto the steering column, aligning the side hole, and secure it with the nut and bolt.
8. Install Seats: The lower portion of the seat slides into the backrest. Slide the assembled seat down into the vehicle and secure it with screws.
9. Install Roll Bars: Locate the rear roll bar with searchlights and press it into the holes at the back of the unit until it locks into place. Install 2 AA batteries into the searchlight compartment to activate them. Unfold and secure the storage net onto the searchlight bar using the attached velcro tabs. Locate the front roll bar and slide it into the corresponding slots on the body until it snaps into place.
