2. Safety Instructions
- Electrical Safety: Installation should only be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local wiring regulations. Ensure the main power supply is switched off before installation, maintenance, or cleaning.
- Voltage: Ensure the supply voltage matches the requirements specified on the product label.
- IP44 Rating: This product is IP44 rated, meaning it is protected against solid objects larger than 1mm and against splashing water from any direction. It is suitable for use in damp indoor areas like bathrooms, but not for direct water jets or submersion.

4. Setup and Installation
Important: Ensure the main power supply is switched off at the circuit breaker before beginning installation.
4.1 Dimensions
The LED panel has dimensions of 580 mm (length) x 200 mm (width) x 30 mm (height).

4.2 Mounting Steps
- Prepare Mounting Surface: Choose a suitable location on the ceiling. Mark the positions for the mounting holes using the mounting plate as a template.
- Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked positions. Insert the provided wall plugs into the drilled holes.
- Attach Mounting Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the ceiling using the screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Connect Wiring: Connect the electrical wires from the ceiling to the terminal block on the luminaire. Ensure correct connection of Phase (L), Neutral (N), and Protective Conductor (Ground). Use the sealing ring for IP44 protection.
- Secure Safety Anchor: Attach the safety anchor cable from the luminaire to the designated point on the mounting plate. This provides additional security during installation.
- Mount Luminaire: Carefully attach the LED panel to the mounting plate, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

After installation, restore power and test the light.
5. Operating Instructions
The BKL1657 LED Panel Light is controlled via the included remote control. Ensure batteries are correctly inserted into the remote control.

5.1 Basic Functions
- Power On/Off: Press the Power button () to turn the light on or off.
- Stepless Dimming: Use the Brightness Up/Down buttons () to continuously adjust the brightness from 10% to 100%.
- Dimming Presets: Select 10%, 50%, or 100% buttons for quick brightness adjustments.

5.2 Color Temperature (CCT) Adjustment
The light offers adjustable color temperature from 2700K (warm white) to 6500K (cool white).
- CCT Control: Use the Color Temperature Up/Down buttons () to adjust the color temperature continuously.
- CCT Presets: Select the Warm White, Neutral White, or Cool White buttons for quick selection of common color temperatures.

5.3 Special Modes
- Night Light Mode: Press the Night Light button () to activate a very low brightness, warm light setting, ideal for a gentle ambiance.

- Favorite Settings (D1, D2): You can save two preferred light settings (brightness and color temperature) using the D1 and D2 buttons. To save a setting, adjust the light to your desired state, then press and hold D1 or D2 until the light flashes. To recall a saved setting, simply press D1 or D2.
- Memory Function: The light retains the last used brightness and color temperature setting when switched off and on again (via the remote or main power switch).
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the surface of the LED panel. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these can damage the finish or electronic components.
- No User-Serviceable Parts: The LED light source is integrated and not replaceable by the user. Do not attempt to open or repair the fixture.
- Inspection: Periodically check the fixture for any signs of damage or loose connections. If any issues are found, disconnect power and consult a qualified electrician.
