Setup

Setting the Time:

1. Pull the crown out to the second click position. The second hand will stop.
2. Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the desired time. Ensure AM/PM is correctly set if your watch has a 24-hour indicator or date changes at midnight.
3. Push the crown back into the normal position. The second hand will resume movement.

Setting the Date:

1. Pull the crown out to the first click position.
2. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise (depending on the movement) to set the date.
3. Once the correct date is displayed, push the crown back into the normal position.
4. Note: Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this may interfere with the automatic date change mechanism.

Adjusting the Strap:

The leather strap is equipped with a buckle closure. Adjust the buckle to a hole that provides a comfortable and secure fit on your wrist. It should be snug but not too tight to restrict circulation.

Operating Instructions

Using the Chronograph:

The chronograph function allows you to measure elapsed time. Refer to Figure 2 for the location of the push buttons.

1. Start: Press the upper push button to start the chronograph. The chronograph second hand and minute sub-dial will begin to move.
2. Stop: Press the upper push button again to stop the chronograph. The elapsed time will be indicated by the chronograph hands.
3. Reset: After stopping, press the lower push button to reset the chronograph hands to their zero positions.

Note: Do not operate the push buttons while the watch is submerged in water, as this can compromise water resistance.

Maintenance

Cleaning Your Watch:

• Wipe the watch case and crystal with a soft, dry cloth.
• For the leather strap, avoid excessive moisture. If it gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally, away from direct heat.
• Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish.

Water Resistance:

Your Fastrack Kronos 3 watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters (5 ATM). This means it is suitable for short periods of recreational swimming, showering, or washing hands. It is not suitable for diving, snorkeling, or high-impact water sports. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water.

Battery Replacement:

The watch is powered by a quartz battery. When the watch stops or the second hand begins to jump irregularly (End-of-Life indicator), it's time for a battery replacement. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by an authorized service center to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.
