Setup
- Charging Station Placement: Place the charging station against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter (3 feet) to the sides and 2 meters (6 feet) in front. Connect the power adapter to the charging station and plug it into a power outlet.
- Initial Charging: Place the robot vacuum onto the charging station. Ensure the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the station. The indicator light on the robot will show charging status. Allow approximately 4 to 5 hours for a full charge before first use.
- Install Side Brushes: Snap the two side brushes into their designated slots on the bottom of the robot until they click into place.
- App Connection (Optional):
- Download the "PandaPlus" or "Tuya" app from your smartphone's app store (Android/iOS).
- Register or log in to your account.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your AMG-R1 robot vacuum. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz.
- Remote Control: Insert batteries (not included) into the remote control. The remote control can be used for direct operation without the app.
Operating Instructions
Starting a Cleaning Cycle
- Manual Start: Press the power button on the robot or the "Clean" button on the remote control/app to start cleaning.
- Scheduled Cleaning: Use the app to set specific cleaning times. The robot will automatically start cleaning at the programmed times.
- Voice Control: If connected to Alexa or Google Assistant, use voice commands such as "Alexa, turn on the robot vacuum" or "Hey Google, start cleaning."

Cleaning Modes
The AMG-R1 offers four cleaning modes, selectable via the remote control or app:
- Random Mode: The robot moves in a random pattern, covering the entire area.
- Wall Follow Mode: The robot cleans along the edges of walls and furniture.
- Spiral Mode: The robot cleans in a spiral pattern, ideal for concentrated dirty areas.
- Manual Mode: Control the robot's movement manually using the remote control or app.
Using the Mop Function (Wet Cleaning)
The AMG-R1 can perform wet cleaning simultaneously with sweeping and vacuuming.
- Fill the 150ml water tank with clean water.
- Attach the mop cloth securely to the water tank.
- Install the water tank assembly into the designated slot on the robot.
- Start a cleaning cycle. Water will be released by capillarity for continuous mopping.
Note: This model is not recommended for cleaning carpets or thick rugs.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum.
- Emptying the Dust Collector:
- Press the dustbin release button and pull out the 400ml dust collector.
- Open the dustbin lid and empty its contents into a trash can.
- Rinse the dustbin with water if necessary, ensuring it is completely dry before reinserting.
- Cleaning the HEPA Filter:
- Remove the HEPA filter from the dust collector.
- Tap the filter gently to remove dust and debris. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water.
- Replace the HEPA filter every 3-6 months, depending on usage.
- Cleaning Side Brushes:
- Periodically remove the side brushes.
- Use the provided cleaning tool or a pair of scissors to cut and remove any tangled hair or debris.
- Wipe the brushes clean and reattach them.
- Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts:
- Wipe the anti-fall sensors (located on the bottom of the robot) and anti-collision sensors (on the bumper) with a clean, dry cloth.
- Clean the charging contacts on both the robot and the charging station to ensure proper connection.
- Water Tank and Mop Cloth:
- After each wet cleaning cycle, empty any remaining water from the tank.
- Remove and wash the mop cloth. Allow it to air dry completely before storing or reusing.
