3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Assembly
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Attach the handle to the main body until it clicks securely into place.
- Ensure the clean water tank and dirty water tank are correctly inserted.
3.2 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the MOVA M50 Ultra. Place the unit on its charging dock. The charging indicator will illuminate. A full charge typically takes approximately 4-5 hours.
3.3 Filling the Clean Water Tank
- Remove the clean water tank from the appliance.
- Open the tank cap and fill with clean tap water up to the MAX line. For optimal cleaning, use water at room temperature or slightly warm.
- Securely close the cap and reinsert the tank into the appliance.
3.4 Adding Detergent (Optional)
The MOVA M50 Ultra features automatic detergent dispensing. Fill the detergent compartment with MOVA-approved cleaning solution. The system will automatically mix the correct ratio with water during operation.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off
Press the power button located on the handle to turn the appliance on or off.
4.2 Selecting Cleaning Modes
The MOVA M50 Ultra offers various cleaning modes suitable for different floor types and cleaning needs. Refer to the display screen on the handle to select the desired mode (e.g., Standard, Max, Hot Water Clean).
4.3 Using AI EdgeCoverage
When cleaning along walls or furniture edges, the AI EdgeCoverage robotic arm will automatically extend to ensure thorough cleaning of tight spaces. Position the cleaner close to the edge for optimal performance.
4.4 Utilizing the Foldable Handle
To clean under low-lying furniture, press the handle release button and fold the handle down. This allows the main unit to lie flat, providing extended reach without bending.
4.5 Hot Water Cleaning
Activate the 100°C Hot Water Brush Washing mode for deep cleaning and sterilization. This feature is particularly effective for breaking down stubborn dirt and grease.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your MOVA M50 Ultra.
5.1 Self-Cleaning Cycle
- After each use, place the vacuum cleaner on its charging dock.
- Ensure there is sufficient clean water in the clean water tank.
- Press the self-clean button (refer to the display for its location). The appliance will automatically perform a cleaning cycle for the roller brush and internal pipes.
5.2 Hot Air Drying
Following the self-cleaning cycle, the MOVA M50 Ultra will initiate a 90°C hot air drying process for approximately 5 minutes. This prevents odor and bacterial growth on the roller brush and within the system.

5.3 Emptying the Dirty Water Tank
After each cleaning session or self-cleaning cycle, remove the dirty water tank and empty its contents. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry before reinserting.
5.4 Cleaning the Roller Brush
While the self-cleaning function is effective, periodically inspect the roller brush for any tangled hair or debris. Remove the brush cover and detach the roller brush for manual cleaning if necessary. Ensure it is completely dry before reinstallation.
5.5 Replacing the Deodorizer Stick
The deodorizer stick helps reduce odors in the dirty water tank. Replace the deodorizer stick every 90 days or as indicated by the appliance. Refer to the product diagram for the location of the deodorizer stick compartment.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your MOVA M50 Ultra, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
