3.1. Wiring Instructions

1. Turn off Power: Locate the circuit breaker for the area where you will install the relay switch and switch off the power. Verify with a voltage tester that the power is off.
2. Connect Neutral Wire: Connect the neutral wire (typically blue) to the 'N' terminal on the Relay Switch 1PM.
3. Connect Live Wire: Connect the live wire (typically brown or red) to the 'L' terminal on the Relay Switch 1PM.
4. Connect Load Wire: Connect the load wire (the wire going to your light fixture or appliance) to the 'O' terminal on the Relay Switch 1PM.
5. Connect Switch Wires: Connect the existing wall switch wires to the 'SW' and 'L' terminals on the Relay Switch 1PM. This allows the physical switch to control the relay.
6. Reinstall Switch Shell: Carefully place the Relay Switch 1PM into the wall box and reinstall the switch shell.
7. Restore Power: Turn the circuit breaker back on.

4.1. Initial Setup and App Control

1. Download the SwitchBot App: Search for "SwitchBot" in your smartphone's app store and download the application.
2. Add Device: Open the app, create an account or log in, and follow the on-screen instructions to add the Relay Switch 1PM. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled during this process.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi: During setup, connect the device to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for remote control and smart home integration.
4. Control via App: Once connected, you can use the SwitchBot app to turn the connected appliance or light on/off, set schedules, and monitor energy usage.
