1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the ICEPURE 5-in-1 Water Cooler with Ice Maker. This appliance is designed to provide convenient access to hot, cold, and room temperature water, along with bullet and crushed ice. 2. Safety Instructions

To prevent injury or damage, always follow these basic safety precautions:

  • Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Keep children away from the hot water dispenser. This unit includes a child safety lock for the hot water function.
  • Use only potable water.
  • Unplug the appliance before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
  • Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

3. Product Overview

The ICEPURE 5-in-1 Water Cooler combines multiple functions for your convenience:

  • Hot Water: Dispenses water at approximately 194.0°F (90°C).
  • Cold Water: Dispenses water at approximately 32.0°F (0°C).
  • Room Temperature Water: Dispenses water at approximately 73.4°F (23°C).
  • Bullet Ice Production: Produces 9 bullet-shaped ice pieces in 5-8 minutes, up to 35 lbs per day.
  • Crushed Ice Function: Converts bullet ice into crushed ice.

The unit features a bottom-loading design for 1 to 5-gallon water bottles, a magnetic closure on the bottom door, and Wi-Fi connectivity for remote control via the TUYA app. Constructed with food-grade materials and a 304 stainless steel faucet for durability and hygiene.

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging. Inspect for any damage. Retain packaging for future transport if needed.

4.2 Placement

Place the water cooler on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space from walls for proper ventilation. Avoid placing near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

4.3 Water Bottle Installation (Bottom Load)

  1. Open the bottom door of the appliance.
  2. Place a 1 to 5-gallon water bottle into the compartment.
  3. Insert the water pump tube into the bottle opening, ensuring a secure fit.
  4. Close the bottom door.

4.4 Initial Flushing

Before first use, dispense and discard at least 1 liter of water from each spout (hot, cold, room temperature) to flush the system. This helps remove any manufacturing residue.

4.5 Power Connection

Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The appliance will begin to cool and heat water, and the ice maker will initiate its cycle.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Water Dispensing

The control panel features separate buttons for hot, cold, and room temperature water. Press the desired button and then press the dispensing lever to release water.

  • Hot Water: Press the hot water button. For safety, engage the child safety lock before dispensing hot water.
  • Cold Water: Press the cold water button.
  • Room Temperature Water: Press the room temperature water button.

5.2 Ice Making

The appliance automatically produces bullet-shaped ice. The ice production cycle takes approximately 5-8 minutes per batch, yielding 9 pieces of ice. The unit can produce up to 35 lbs of ice per day.

  • Bullet Ice: The ice maker will automatically fill the ice storage bin.
  • Crushed Ice: To obtain crushed ice, transfer bullet ice from the storage bin into the designated ice crushing basket (if applicable, refer to specific model features). Activate the crushing function as per the control panel instructions.

5.3 Wi-Fi Control (TUYA App)

This water cooler is Wi-Fi enabled and can be controlled remotely using the TUYA app. Download the TUYA app from your smartphone's app store and follow the in-app instructions to connect your device. You can independently activate or deactivate hot/cold/room temperature water and ice-making functions via the app.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your appliance.

6.1 External Cleaning

Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

6.2 Drip Tray

The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. Empty and clean it regularly to prevent overflow and maintain hygiene.

6.3 Ice Bin

Periodically remove and clean the ice storage bin with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry before replacing.

6.4 Descaling

Over time, mineral deposits may accumulate. Refer to the full user manual for detailed descaling instructions specific to your model. Generally, a mixture of water and white vinegar can be used, followed by thorough rinsing.
