Setup Instructions

1. Unfold the Stand: Firmly pull up the iPad stand section until it locks into an upright position.
2. Connect Power: Plug the included 4.9 ft USB-C to USB-C cable into the 65W PD adapter, then plug the adapter into a power outlet. Connect the other end of the cable to the "input" USB-C port on the charging station.
3. Prepare Wireless Charging Areas:
   • For 2-in-1 flat charging (phone and watch): Place your phone and Apple Watch directly on their respective flat charging pads.
   • For 3-in-1 charging (phone, watch, AirPods): Open the phone pad by lifting it to reveal the AirPods charging area underneath. Place your AirPods case in the designated area, then attach your MagSafe-compatible iPhone to the magnetic phone charger. Open the watch area for upright watch charging.
4. Connect iPad/Tablet (Wired): Use the included 1.6 ft USB-C to USB-C cable. Connect one end to the "output" USB-C port on the charging station and the other end to your iPad or tablet's charging port.
5. Adjust Viewing Angle: Adjust the stand to your preferred viewing angle for comfortable use.

Operating Instructions

Charging Devices

• iPhone (Magnetic Wireless Charging): Place your iPhone (12 series and above) directly onto the magnetic charging pad. Ensure your iPhone is bare or uses a MagSafe-compatible case (≤3mm / 0.12 inch thick) for optimal magnetic alignment and charging efficiency. Avoid regular cases, metal rings, credit cards, or PopSockets on your phone during charging.
• Apple Watch (Wireless Charging): Place your Apple Watch (Series 2-11/SE/Ultra models) onto the dedicated Apple Watch charging area. This charger is designed exclusively for Apple Watch.
• AirPods (Wireless Charging): Place your AirPods (Pro/Pro 2/Pro 3/AirPods 2/3/4 with wireless charging case) onto the designated wireless charging area.
• iPad/Tablet (Wired Charging): Connect your iPad or tablet to the "output" USB-C port using the provided 1.6 ft USB-C cable. This port delivers up to 30W fast wired charging.

Adjusting the Stand

The stand features a fully foldable design with adjustable viewing angles. The iPad stand can be adjusted up to 180 degrees, and the phone charging area can rotate 360 degrees, allowing for both vertical and horizontal viewing while charging. Apply firm pressure when adjusting the stand to ensure stability.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Disconnect the charging station from power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surfaces. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: When not in use or for travel, fold the charging station completely to protect its components and save space.
• Cable Management: Ensure cables are not kinked or pinched to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Device not charging wirelessly:

• Ensure the charging station is properly connected to the 65W PD adapter and a power source.
• Verify that your device is placed correctly on the charging pad, ensuring proper alignment.
• Remove any non-MagSafe cases, metal attachments, credit cards, or PopSockets from your phone.
• Check if your device supports wireless charging.

Slow wired charging for iPad/Tablet:

• Confirm you are using the provided 1.6 ft USB-C to USB-C cable and it is connected to the "output" port of the charging station and your device.
• Ensure the 65W PD adapter is used, as lower wattage adapters may result in slower charging.

Stand feels loose or unstable:

• The stand is designed to be sturdy. Apply firm pressure when opening or folding to ensure joints are fully extended and locked.

Indicator light not on:

• Check all power connections, including the wall outlet, the 65W PD adapter, and the input cable to the charging station.
