Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the scale from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Battery Installation:
Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Open the cover and insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off:
Press the ON/OFF button to turn the scale on. To turn it off, press and hold the ON/OFF button for a few seconds, or wait for the automatic 2-minute shutdown feature to activate.
- Unit Conversion:
With the scale on, press the UNIT button to cycle through the available measurement units: grams (g), kilograms (kg), pounds (lbs), fluid ounces (fl. oz), and milliliters (ml).

- Tare Function (Zeroing):
To weigh ingredients in a container without including the container's weight, place the empty container on the scale. Press the T/O (Tare/Zero) button. The display will reset to "0". You can then add your ingredients, and only their weight will be measured.
- Weighing Ingredients:
Place the item(s) to be weighed directly onto the scale platform or into a container (after using the tare function). The weight will be displayed on the LCD screen.
