2. Safety Information

3.2 Step-by-Step Assembly

- Install the Front Wheel: Carefully align the front wheel with the fork. Ensure the disc rotor slides smoothly into the brake caliper. Secure the wheel using the quick-release skewer.
- Install the Handlebars: Attach the handlebar assembly to the stem. Ensure the handlebars are centered and the brake levers and shifters are in a comfortable position. Tighten the stem bolts securely.
- Install the Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal threads counter-clockwise, and the right pedal threads clockwise. Apply a small amount of grease to the threads and tighten them firmly with the 13x15 mm wrench.
- Install the Saddle and Rear Reflector: Insert the seat post with the saddle into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the height for comfortable pedaling with a slight bend in your knee at the bottom of the pedal stroke. Secure the seat post clamp. Attach the rear reflector to the seat post.
- Adjust the Brakes: Ensure the brake pads are centered on the disc rotor and do not rub. If rubbing occurs, loosen the caliper mounting bolts, center the caliper, and retighten. Test both front and rear brakes for proper function.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Gear Shifting
Your VIRIBUS Hybrid Bicycle features a 7-speed Shimano derailleur for smooth and accurate gear changes. Use the thumb shifter on the handlebar to select your desired gear. Shift to a lower gear for climbing hills and a higher gear for flat terrain or descents.
