Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before initial use, ensure both the remote control and the receiver collar are fully charged. Use the provided 2-in-1 fast charging cable.
- Connect the 2-in-1 charging cable to a USB power adapter (not included).
- Plug one end of the charging cable into the remote control and the other end into the receiver collar.
- The devices will fully charge in approximately 2 hours. The remote has a standby time of up to 45 days, and the collar up to 35 days.

2. Installing and Adjusting the Collar Strap
The collar strap is adjustable to fit various dog sizes (10-120 lbs, neck sizes 7.8-20 inches).
- Thread the collar strap through the receiver unit.
- Place the collar on your dog's neck, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit. You should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck.
- Fasten the strap into the collar hole.
- If the strap is too long, you can fold and cut off the excess.
- Install the silicone covers onto the contact prongs to make them softer and prevent skin friction.

Important Safety Note: Do not attach a leash to the training collar. Attaching a leash may cause neck injuries due to the contact prongs. Use a separate standard collar for leash attachment.
3. Pairing the Remote and Receiver
The device is typically paired at the factory. If re-pairing is needed, follow these steps:
- Turn on the remote control.
- When the collar is turned off, press and hold the power button on the receiver for 3 seconds until the red light comes on.
- Release the power button. Continue to press and hold the power button until the green light flashes.
- On the remote control, select an available channel (1 or 2).
- Click any function button (Beep, Vibration, or Static) on the remote to complete the pairing. A successful pairing will be indicated by a beep from the collar.
Operating the Training Collar
The Jugbow DT-57 offers multiple training modes to suit your dog's needs.
1. Training Modes
- Beep Mode (F1-F3): Provides an audible tone. Adjustable levels.

2. Adjusting Training Levels
- Press the top button on the remote to cycle through Beep, Vibration, and Static modes.
- Once the desired mode is selected, rotate the rotary knob on the remote to adjust the intensity level.

3. 2-Channel Operation
The remote control supports training for up to two dogs simultaneously. Use the channel switch on the remote to select between Channel 1 and Channel 2. The remote remembers the last settings for each channel.

4. Remote Safety Lock

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- The collar strap can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.
- Wipe the receiver and remote control with a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
2. Contact Point Inspection
Regularly inspect the contact points and silicone caps for wear and tear. Replace them if they show signs of damage to ensure proper function and your dog's comfort.

Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on: Ensure both the remote and receiver are fully charged.
- Collar not responding to remote: Check if the devices are properly paired. Re-pair if necessary following the instructions in the Setup section. Ensure the remote is on the correct channel for the collar.
- Static mode not working: Use the provided test light tool to verify the static function. Place the test tool over the contact points and press the static button on the remote. If the test light flashes, the static function is working correctly. Ensure the contact points are making proper contact with your dog's skin.
- Inconsistent correction: Ensure the collar is fitted snugly on your dog's neck, allowing the contact points to make consistent contact with the skin. Trim excess fur if necessary.
