3. Product Overview

4. Setup
4.1. Battery Installation and Charging
The device comes with a 5200mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Insert the battery into the designated compartment. Charge the battery using the provided 5V/2A adapter and USB cable. The device also functions as a power bank for emergency charging of other devices via its USB port.

4.2. Mounting the Device
The Huepar 703TR features dual mounting threads (1/4" and 5/8") for compatibility with various tripods and accessories. Ensure the device is securely mounted on a stable surface or tripod before operation.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Power On/Off and Mode Selection
Press the power button to turn the device on. The device typically starts in self-leveling mode. Press the mode button to cycle through different operating modes: Automatic (Self-Leveling), Manual (Tilt), and Pulse mode.

5.2. Automatic Tracking and Offset Rotation
In automatic tracking mode, the laser level will follow the position of the operator using the remote control. This feature is particularly useful for large areas and single-person operations, minimizing the need for manual repositioning. The offset rotation mechanism allows for precise adjustments around a fixed pivot point.

5.3. Laser Line Switching and Brightness Adjustment
Use the dedicated buttons on the device or remote control to switch between horizontal and vertical laser lines. The brightness can be adjusted in three stages (30%, 60%, 100%) to suit different lighting conditions and optimize battery life.

5.4. Using the Remote Control and Receiver
The LR-XRG receiver acts as both a laser line detector for outdoor use (up to 50m) and a remote control. It allows for remote adjustment of vertical lines and switching to pulse mode. Refer to the receiver's specific instructions for detailed operation.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep the laser apertures clean.
- Storage: Store the laser level in its carrying case in a dry, cool place when not in use. Remove the battery if storing for extended periods.
- Battery Care: Fully charge the battery before first use and periodically if stored for a long time to maintain battery health.
- Calibration: Regular calibration checks are recommended to ensure continued accuracy, especially after drops or impacts.

7. Troubleshooting
- Laser not turning on: Check battery charge. Ensure the battery is correctly inserted.
- Laser lines are dim or flickering: Adjust brightness settings. Ensure the device is in pulse mode if using with a receiver outdoors.
- Device not self-leveling: Ensure the device is placed on a relatively level surface (within 3.5° tilt). If the tilt is too great, the laser will flash and beep.
- Automatic alignment mode issues: If the device detects movement or an error during automatic alignment, the laser will flash three times, and the unit will automatically exit automatic alignment mode and return to the previous mode.
- Remote control not responding: Check battery in the remote control/receiver. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the laser level.
