Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your coffee maker before first use.
- Unpack the Unit: Open the box and remove the coffee maker and all accessories.
- Remove Water Tank: Open the top lid of the coffee maker. Gently lift and remove the transparent water tank.
- Remove Measuring Spoon: The measuring spoon is typically stored under the water tank lid. Remove it for use.
- Prepare Filter Holder: The coffee pod holder is pre-installed. To use ground coffee, remove the coffee pod holder by sliding it out. Open its lid and remove the internal filter.

Setup and First Use
Before brewing your first cup, perform these initial setup steps.
- Clean Components: Wash the water tank, coffee cup, filter holder, and reusable filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Fill Water Tank: Fill the removable water tank with fresh, cold water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
- Place Water Tank: Insert the filled water tank back into its compartment on the coffee maker. Close the top lid securely.
- Add Coffee:
- For Ground Coffee: Place the reusable filter into the filter holder. Add desired amount of ground coffee (typically one scoop using the provided measuring spoon) into the filter. Close the filter holder lid and slide it into the coffee maker.
- For ESE Pods: Place one ESE pod directly into the coffee pod holder. Close the filter holder lid and slide it into the coffee maker.
- Position Coffee Cup: Place the included stainless steel travel mug on the drip tray beneath the coffee dispenser.
- Power Connection:
- AC Power: Plug the AC power cord into the coffee maker's AC inlet and then into a standard wall outlet.
- DC (Battery) Power: Ensure a charged SENIX 20V battery pack (sold separately) is securely installed into the battery slot on the side of the coffee maker.
Operation
Once assembled and set up, follow these steps to brew your coffee.
- Power On: Press the power button located on the front of the coffee maker. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Start Brewing: Press the power button again to start the brewing cycle. The indicator light will change to indicate brewing is in progress.
- Brewing Time: Brewing typically takes 3-5 minutes when using AC power and 6-8 minutes when using battery power, as the machine heats cold water.
- Completion: The coffee maker will automatically stop once the brewing cycle is complete. The indicator light may change or turn off.
- Enjoy: Carefully remove your hot coffee mug.
- Power Off: Press the power button to turn off the coffee maker if it does not automatically shut off.

Maintenance
