4. Setup and Installation

Proper installation is crucial for the safety and performance of the distribution box. Always ensure power is disconnected before starting.

4.1 Mounting the Enclosure

  2. Install miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) onto the integrated DIN rail. Ensure they are securely clipped into place.
  3. Route incoming and outgoing cables through the appropriate cable glands. Tighten the glands to ensure an IP66 seal.
  4. Connect the live wires to the MCBs. Connect neutral wires to the blue busbar and ground wires to the green busbar. Ensure all connections are tight.
  5. Verify all wiring is correct and secure according to electrical diagrams and local regulations.

4.3 Securing the Enclosure

  1. Once all wiring is complete and checked, close the transparent cover, ensuring the double clips engage fully to maintain the IP66 seal.
  2. For added security, an optional padlock can be installed through the pre-drilled hole on the cover.

5. Operating Instructions
