Setup

1. Caster Wheel Installation

The unit comes with four 360° swivel casters for easy mobility. Two of these casters include brakes for securing the unit in place.

  1. Carefully tilt the unit to access the bottom.
  2. Insert each caster stem into the designated holes on the bottom of the cooler.
  3. Ensure the casters with brakes are installed on the front side of the unit for easy access.
  4. Press firmly until each caster is securely in place.

2. Initial Water Fill

The unit offers two methods for filling the 36-gallon water tank: manual top fill and continuous garden hose fill.

Manual Top Fill:

  1. Open the top lid of the cooler.
  2. Pour clean water directly into the top water tank until the desired level is reached. Do not overfill.
  3. Alternatively, for smaller additions, use the lower tank fill port.

Continuous Fill (Garden Hose):

  1. Locate the continuous fill port on the side of the unit.
  2. Attach a standard garden hose to the adapter (adapter is included).
  3. Connect the garden hose to the continuous fill port.
  4. Turn on the water supply. The built-in float will automatically control the water level.

Operation

1. Powering On and Basic Fan Function

  1. Ensure the unit is plugged into a grounded 120V power outlet.
  2. Press the POWER button on the control panel to turn the unit on.
  3. Use the SPEED buttons (1, 2, 3) to select your desired fan speed.

2. Water Cooling Function

For evaporative cooling, ensure the water tank is filled.

  1. Verify the water tank has sufficient water. The visual water level indicator will show the current level.
  2. Press the COOL button on the control panel to activate the water pump and start evaporative cooling.
  3. To turn off water cooling, press the COOL button again.

3. Ice Cooling Function

For enhanced cooling, use the provided ice packs.

  1. Place the ice packs in a freezer for 3-5 hours until completely frozen.
  2. Open the top lid of the cooler.
  3. Place the frozen ice packs into the designated slots within the filled water tank.
  4. Activate the water cooling function by pressing the COOL button.

4. Oscillation Function

The unit features 120° oscillation to distribute cool air evenly.

  1. Press the SWING button on the control panel to activate the automatic oscillation of the vertical louvers.
  2. To stop oscillation, press the SWING button again.
  3. The horizontal louvers can be adjusted manually to direct airflow vertically.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your evaporative air cooler.

1. Cleaning the Water Tank

  1. Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
  2. Locate the bottom drain plug and remove it to empty the water tank completely.
  3. Clean the inside of the water tank with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Replace the drain plug securely.

2. Cleaning the Cooling Pads (Ice Curtain)

The 4-in-1 composite ice curtain should be cleaned periodically to maintain efficiency.

  1. Unplug the unit.
  2. Carefully remove the air intake panels and then the cooling pads.
  3. Rinse the cooling pads under running water to remove dust and mineral deposits. Do not use harsh chemicals.
  4. Allow the pads to air dry completely before re-installing.

3. Exterior Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

4. Storage

When not in use for an extended period:

  • Drain and clean the water tank and cooling pads thoroughly.
  • Ensure all components are dry.
  • Store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
