Setup
Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your FiiO EH11 headphones. Connect the provided USB-A to Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and a compatible USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours and provides up to 30 hours of playback time.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Initial Pairing: When the headphones are powered off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes to enter a new pairing state.
- Re-entering Pairing Mode: If the headphones are already powered on, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to re-enter pairing mode.
- Connect Device: On your device (smartphone, computer, etc.), enable Bluetooth and select "FiiO EH11" from the list of available devices.
- Clear Paired Devices: To clear all previously paired devices, ensure the headphones are powered off, then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.

Maintenance
Cleaning and Replacing Ear Pads
The foam ear pads of your FiiO EH11 headphones are detachable for easy cleaning and replacement. Gently pull the ear pads off the earcups to remove them. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. To reattach or replace, align the ear pad with the earcup and press firmly until it is securely in place. Ensure the ear pads are fully dry before reattaching.
