2. Attaching the Mixing Paddle
The mixing paddle needs to be securely attached to the mixer unit. The mixer features an M14 spindle thread for attachment.
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged from the power source.
- Align the threaded end of the mixing paddle with the spindle on the mixer unit.
- Rotate the paddle clockwise until it is firmly tightened. Do not overtighten.

3. Power Connection
Connect the mixer's power cord to a suitable 220-240V~50/60Hz AC power outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded and protected by a residual current device (RCD) if required by local regulations.
Operating Instructions
1. Material Preparation
Place the material to be mixed (e.g., paint, mortar, adhesive) in a sturdy, appropriately sized mixing container. Ensure the container is stable and will not tip over during mixing.
2. Starting the Mixer
Hold the mixer firmly with both hands using the ergonomic handles. Immerse the mixing paddle into the material before starting the tool to prevent splashing. Press the ON/OFF switch to start the mixer.
3. Speed Control
The TOTAL TD614006 features two speed ranges: 180-480rpm and 300-750rpm. Select the appropriate speed for your material. Start with a lower speed to prevent splashing and gradually increase as needed. The mixer is equipped with an aluminum gearbox for durability and efficient power transfer.
4. Mixing Technique
Move the mixer slowly and steadily through the material, ensuring thorough mixing from the bottom up and around the sides of the container. Avoid lifting the paddle out of the material while it is running to prevent splashing and loss of control. Mix until the material achieves a consistent texture and color.
5. Stopping the Mixer
Release the ON/OFF switch to stop the mixer. Wait for the paddle to come to a complete stop before removing it from the material or setting the tool down.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
