3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the blood pressure monitor using the provided USB-C cable. The charging port is located on the side of the device.

3.2 Connecting the Arm Cuff

Insert the balloon tube of the arm cuff firmly into the designated port on the side of the main unit.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Preparing for Measurement

  • Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
  • Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
  • Ensure you have not exercised, eaten, consumed alcohol, smoked, or bathed within 30 minutes prior to measurement.

4.2 Applying the Arm Cuff

  1. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, 2-3 cm above the elbow, with the tube centered on the inside of your arm.
  2. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm. Ensure a two-finger gap between the cuff and your arm.
  3. The cuff should be at the same level as your heart.

4.3 Taking a Measurement

  1. Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate and deflate.
  2. Remain seated and refrain from talking or moving during the measurement.
  3. Once complete, your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings will be displayed on the screen and announced via voice broadcast (if not muted).

4.4 Dual User Mode

The device supports two users (User A and User B) with separate memory storage. To switch between users, press the user selection button (often indicated by a person icon) before taking a measurement. The display will show which user profile is active.

4.5 Mute Function

To mute or unmute the voice broadcast, locate the mute switch on the side of the device. Slide the switch to the desired position.

5. Measurement Tips for Accuracy

  • Sit down for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
  • Wait at least 4-5 minutes between measurements if taking multiple readings.
  • Measure at night before going to bed, or in the morning before breakfast and medication.
  • Measure at least 30 minutes after physical activity.
  • Always use the same arm for consistent readings.
  • Avoid talking or moving during the measurement process.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Wipe the device and cuff with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.

6.2 Storage

  • Store the device and cuff in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid bending or creasing the arm cuff tube excessively.

7. Troubleshooting
