2. Safety Information

Important Safety Precautions:

• This electric desk has a maximum load capacity of 80 kg. Do not exceed this weight limit to prevent damage or injury.
• Ensure the desk is used on a level surface.
• Keep children and pets away from the desk during height adjustments to prevent accidents. If children are present, consider fixing the desk height to a safe position.
• Do not attempt to adjust the desk height immediately after disconnecting the power.
• Avoid placing liquids directly on the control panel or near electrical components.
• Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they are secure.
• Do not disassemble or modify the desk's electrical components. Contact qualified personnel for repairs.

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is designed to be straightforward. It is recommended to assemble the desk with two people. Please follow the detailed assembly guide provided in the package. The desktop consists of four panels for easier handling and transport.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
2. Assemble Desk Frame: Attach the lifting columns to the feet, then connect the crossbar. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
3. Attach Desktop Panels: Connect the four desktop panels together according to the instructions, then secure them to the assembled desk frame.
4. Install Control Panel and Accessories: Mount the control panel to the underside of the desk. Attach the headphone hooks to the sides and insert cable management grommets into the desktop holes.
5. Connect Power: Plug the power cable into the control box and then into a wall outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Height Adjustment

The desk features an intuitive control panel for electric height adjustment. The height can be adjusted smoothly between 71 cm and 117 cm.

• To Raise: Press and hold the "Up" arrow button (▲) on the control panel. Release the button when the desired height is reached.
• To Lower: Press and hold the "Down" arrow button (▼) on the control panel. Release the button when the desired height is reached.

5.2. Memory Function

The desk allows you to save two preferred height settings for quick adjustments.

1. To Set a Memory Position:
   1. Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down buttons.
   2. Press the "M" button (or similar memory set button, if present, otherwise assume direct press on 1 or 2). The LED display may flash.
   3. Immediately press either "1" or "2" button to save the current height to that preset. The display will confirm the setting.
2. To Recall a Memory Position:
   1. Simply press the "1" or "2" button. The desk will automatically move to the saved height.

5.3. Obstacle Detection

The AODK Electric Standing Desk is equipped with an obstacle detection feature. If the desk encounters an obstruction during height adjustment, it will automatically stop and reverse slightly to prevent damage or injury. This feature is designed for safety and cannot be disabled.

6. Additional Features

• Storage Hooks: The desk includes convenient hooks on the sides, perfect for hanging headphones, bags, or other accessories, keeping your workspace tidy.
• Cable Management Holes: Integrated cable holes help organize and route your power cords and peripheral cables, maintaining a clean and professional look.
• Low-Noise Operation: Designed with specialized foot caps and a quiet motor, the desk operates with minimal noise (45-55 dB), ensuring a peaceful environment even during height adjustments.
• Integrated USB Port: A built-in USB port allows for convenient charging of your devices directly from the desk.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the desktop and frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
• Check Connections: Periodically inspect all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
• Cable Management: Ensure cables are neatly organized and not pinched or strained, especially during height adjustments.
