Troubleshooting
- Drive Not Recognized / Disconnecting:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to a functioning USB 3.0 or Type-C port on your computer.

- Restart your computer and try connecting the drive again.
- Blu-ray Discs Not Playing:
- Verify that you have installed dedicated Blu-ray player software (e.g., Leawo Blu-ray Player, PowerDVD) on your computer. Blu-ray discs require specific software for playback.
- Ensure the Blu-ray disc is clean and free from scratches.
- CDs Not Recognized / Not Importing:
- Check if the CD is clean and undamaged.
- Ensure your operating system or media player software is configured to recognize and import audio CDs.
- DVDs Not Playing Due to Region Code:
- Ensure the DVD's region code matches the drive's current region setting. You can change the drive's region code up to 5 times.
