1. Important Safety Instructions

• A. Collet Nut: Secures the accessory in place.
• B. LED Light: Provides illumination to the work area.
• C. Spindle Lock Button: Engages to lock the spindle for accessory changes.
• D. Power Button: Turns the tool ON/OFF.
• E. Speed Control Button: Adjusts the rotational speed.

3. Setup and Assembly

3.1 Charging the Battery

The rotary tool is powered by an integrated 8V battery. Before first use, ensure the battery is fully charged.

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the tool.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port.
3. The LED indicator lights will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 70 minutes.
4. Disconnect the charger once the battery is fully charged.

3.2 Installing/Changing Accessories

The tool comes with a 46-piece accessory kit for various applications. Follow these steps to install or change an accessory:

1. Step 1: Press and hold the Spindle Lock Button (C) located near the front of the tool. While holding, loosen the Collet Nut (A) by turning it counter-clockwise. If necessary, use the provided wrench.
2. Step 2: Select the correct size collet (3.18 mm / 2.38 mm) for your desired accessory. Insert the accessory shank into the collet. Ensure the accessory is inserted as far as possible to minimize run-out.
3. Step 3: While still holding the Spindle Lock Button (C), tighten the Collet Nut (A) clockwise until the accessory is securely fastened. Do not overtighten. Release the Spindle Lock Button.

Note: Always ensure the accessory is properly secured before operating the tool. Using an improperly secured accessory can lead to injury or damage to the tool.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off and Speed Adjustment

1. To Power On: Press the Power Button (D). The tool will start at the last used speed setting.
2. To Adjust Speed: Use the Speed Control Button (E) to cycle through the 5 available speed settings (5,000 - 28,000 RPM). The LED Speed Indicator (F) will show the current speed level.
3. To Power Off: Press the Power Button (D) again.

4.2 Using the LED Work Light

The integrated annular LED light (B) automatically illuminates when the tool is powered on, providing clear visibility of your work area and reducing shadows.

4.3 General Operation Tips

• Light Pressure: Allow the tool and accessory to do the work. Applying excessive pressure can reduce efficiency, damage the accessory, or cause the tool to overheat.
• Maintain Control: Hold the tool firmly with a comfortable grip. The ergonomic design helps reduce hand fatigue.
• Test on Scrap Material: Before working on your final project, test the accessory and speed setting on a piece of scrap material to ensure desired results.
• Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation in your workspace, especially when working with materials that produce dust or fumes.

5.1 Cleaning

• Always disconnect the tool from any charging source before cleaning.
• Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior of the tool. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Use a brush or compressed air to clear dust and debris from the ventilation openings and the collet area.

5.2 Storage
