The Z700 dash cam features a 150° ultra-wide-angle lens for each of its four channels, providing a full 360° view around and inside your vehicle. You can select from three recording modes:
- 2-Channel Mode: 4K (Front) + 1080P (Rear)
- 3-Channel Mode: 2K (Front) + 1080P (Left Interior) + 1080P (Right Interior)
- 4-Channel Mode: 1080P (Front) + 1080P (Rear) + 1080P (Left Interior) + 1080P (Right Interior)
Adjust the recording mode via the device settings or the connected mobile application.
3. Loop Recording

Image: An illustration of the dash cam's loop recording function, showing how older footage is automatically overwritten when the memory card is full. A table indicates approximate recording times for 32GB (2H), 64GB (4H), 128GB (8H), and 256GB (16H) cards.
The dash cam continuously records video in short segments (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes). When the SD card reaches its storage limit, the oldest unlocked video files are automatically overwritten by new recordings. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention. Important footage can be protected from being overwritten by the G-Sensor or manual locking.
4. G-Sensor (Emergency Lock)

Image: A depiction of two cars after a collision, with a lock icon indicating that the G-Sensor has automatically locked the video file of the incident, preserving it as evidence.
The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden movements, impacts, or rapid changes in acceleration (e.g., hard braking or collisions). When triggered, it automatically locks the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. This ensures critical event footage is safeguarded as evidence.
5. Parking Mode (24-Hour Surveillance)

Image: An illustration showing two parking mode features: motion detection (a person looking into a car window) and collision detection (two cars after an impact, with a lock icon). These modes automatically record and lock 90-second videos when triggered.

Image: A diagram illustrating the battery safe guard feature, showing a hardwire kit connected to a car battery. This system automatically detects voltage in parking mode to prevent the vehicle's battery from being completely depleted. A separate hardwire kit (ASIN: BOD4MHJ5T4) is required.
When your vehicle is parked and the ignition is off, the dash cam automatically switches to parking mode for 24-hour surveillance. This mode includes:
- Motion Detection: The camera will begin recording if it detects movement around your vehicle.
- Collision Detection: If the G-Sensor detects an impact (e.g., a hit-and-run), it will automatically record and lock the footage.
Note: For continuous 24-hour parking mode operation without draining your vehicle's battery, a separate hardwire kit is required (ASIN: BOD4MHJ5T4). This kit provides battery safeguard functionality by monitoring the vehicle's voltage.
6. Super Night Vision

Image: A side-by-side comparison of a car's interior at night, demonstrating the clarity achieved with 8 IR lights turned on versus no IR lights, highlighting improved cabin visibility for night driving.
Equipped with 8 IR lamps and Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology, the Z700 dash cam automatically adjusts exposure and contrast to capture clear and balanced images even in challenging low-light or high-contrast conditions. The IR lights specifically enhance interior cabin clarity during night driving.
7. Built-in GPS Functionality

Image: An illustration of the built-in GPS tracking feature, showing a car driving on a scenic road with GPS pins. Below, a smartphone and laptop display map interfaces with real-time location, time, speed, and route trajectory information.
The integrated GPS module allows for real-time tracking of your vehicle's position, time, speed, and route. This data is recorded along with the video footage and can be reviewed via the mobile application or dedicated GPS player software on a computer.
8. WiFi & App Control

Image: A smartphone screen displaying the 'TSCAM' app interface, connected to the dash cam via WiFi. Icons for preview, replay, share, and download are visible, along with various social media app icons, indicating the ability to share recordings.
Connect your smartphone to the dash cam via WiFi for convenient control and access to recordings. Download the 'TSCAM' app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Through the app, you can:
- View live footage from the dash cam.
- Playback recorded videos.
- Download video files directly to your mobile device.
- Share recordings.
- Adjust dash cam settings.
Note: If the 'TSCAM' app is not found on Google Play, please contact customer support for assistance.
Maintenance
- SD Card Formatting: It is recommended to format the SD card regularly (e.g., once a month) to maintain optimal recording performance and prevent data corruption. Format the card via the dash cam's menu settings.
- Lens Cleaning: Periodically clean the camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear video quality. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
- Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website or app for any available firmware updates. Keeping your dash cam's firmware up-to-date can improve performance and add new features.
Troubleshooting
