3. Setup

3.1 Inserting Labels

  1. Open the label compartment cover located at the back of the device.
  2. Insert a label roll into the compartment, ensuring the label tape feeds out correctly through the slot.
  3. Close the compartment cover securely.

3.2 Charging the Device

The SUPVAN E12 features a built-in rechargeable battery. Charge the device before first use or when the battery indicator is low.

  1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the side of the label maker.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge provides up to one month of standby time.
