Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Flooyes Rock Tumbler, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Tumbler does not power on. | No power connection; faulty power adapter. | Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the unit and the outlet. Try a different outlet. |
| Barrel is not rotating. | Overloaded barrel; loose drive belt; motor issue. | Reduce the amount of rocks in the barrel. Check if the drive belt is properly seated and not worn. If the motor stops after a short period, contact customer support. |
| Rocks are not polishing effectively. | Incorrect grit amount; insufficient tumbling time; barrel not sealed properly. | Ensure correct grit-to-rock ratio. Extend tumbling time for the current stage. Verify the barrel lids are tightly sealed. Ensure thorough cleaning between grit stages. |
