Maintenance

  • Cleaning Microfiber Pads: The microfiber pads are washable and reusable. After each use, remove the pad from the mop head and wash it according to the care instructions (typically machine washable).
  • Emptying Water Tank: Always empty any remaining water from the tank after use and allow the unit to cool down completely before storing.
  • Storage: Store the steam mop in a dry, cool place. The self-standing design allows for convenient upright storage.

Troubleshooting

  • No Steam Production: Ensure the water tank is filled and the device is properly plugged in and powered on. Allow sufficient time for preheating (approx. 20-25 seconds).
  • Anti-Dry-Burn Feature: If the water tank runs out of water, the pump will make a sound, and the steam indicator light will turn red. The heating will automatically pause to prevent damage. Refill the water tank to resume operation.
  • Reduced Steam Output: This may indicate mineral buildup if tap water is used. Always use purified or demineralized water to prevent scale buildup and maintain optimal performance.
