Setup
Initial Power-On and Battery
Your Fastrack watch comes with a pre-installed battery. The watch should be running upon arrival. If the digital display is blank or the analog hands are not moving, the battery may need replacement. Setting the Digital Time and Date
- From the normal time display mode, press the MODE button repeatedly until the digital time display starts flashing, indicating it's in setting mode.

- Use the START button to increase the flashing value. Hold the START button to rapidly advance the value.

Operating Instructions

Cycling Through Modes
Press the MODE button to cycle through the following functions:
- Time Display (Hour, Minute, Second, Day, Date)
- Alarm 1 (AL1)
- Alarm 2 (AL2)
- Alarm 3 (AL3)
- Alarm 4 (AL4)
- Stopwatch (STW)
- Countdown Timer (TMR)
- World Time (W.T)
Using the EL Backlight
Press the LIGHT button (top left) to illuminate the digital display. The backlight will remain active for a few seconds.
Setting and Using Alarms
Your watch supports up to 4 independent alarms and an hourly chime.
- Press the MODE button until you reach an Alarm mode (AL1, AL2, AL3, or AL4).
- Press and hold the START button until the alarm time starts flashing.
- Use the RESET button to select the hour or minute to adjust.
- Use the START button to change the flashing value.
- Press the MODE button to save the alarm time and exit setting mode.
- To turn an alarm ON/OFF, in the alarm mode, press the RESET button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear.
- To activate/deactivate the hourly chime, in the normal time display, press the MODE button until the hourly chime indicator (e.g., "SIG") appears/disappears. (Note: This is a common method, specific button combination might vary.)
- When an alarm sounds, press any button to stop it. If snooze is active, it will sound again after a few minutes.
Using the Stopwatch
- Press the MODE button until you reach the Stopwatch mode (STW).
- Press the START button to begin timing.
- Press the START button again to pause the stopwatch.
- Press the RESET button to clear the stopwatch to zero.
- To record lap times, press the RESET button while the stopwatch is running. The lap time will display briefly, and the stopwatch will continue timing in the background.
Using the Countdown Timer
- Press the MODE button until you reach the Countdown Timer mode (TMR).
- Press and hold the START button until the timer setting starts flashing.
- Use the RESET button to select the hour, minute, or second to adjust.
- Use the START button to change the flashing value.
- Press the MODE button to save the timer setting.
- Press the START button to begin the countdown.
- Press the START button again to pause/resume the countdown.
- When the timer reaches zero, an alarm will sound. Press any button to stop it.
Using World Time
- Press the MODE button until you reach the World Time mode (W.T).
- Use the START button to cycle through different city codes/time zones.
- The digital display will show the current time in the selected city.
- To return to your home time, cycle through the cities until your home city is displayed, or press the MODE button to exit.
Maintenance
Cleaning Your Watch
To keep your watch looking its best, wipe the case and strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish and strap material.
Water Resistance (WR 30M)
Your watch is water resistant up to 30 meters (WR 30M). This means it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water. However, it is not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving. Do not operate the buttons while the watch is wet or submerged, as this can compromise the water resistance.
Battery Replacement
