2. Safety Guidelines

3. Setup and Assembly

4. Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off:

To power on the bike, press and hold the power button on the display unit. To power off, press and hold the same button until the display turns off.

Digital Display:

The integrated digital display provides real-time information such as battery level, current speed, mileage, and power assist level. Familiarize yourself with the display before riding.

Riding Modes:

The ASKGO G26 offers three riding modes:

  • Pedal Only Mode: Ride the bike like a traditional bicycle without motor assistance.
  • Pedal Assist Mode (PAS): The motor provides assistance as you pedal. Adjust the assist level (usually 1-5) via the display controls to vary the amount of power. This mode offers a range of up to 65 miles.
  • Full Power Mode (Throttle): Use the throttle to engage the motor without pedaling. This mode provides maximum power and can reach speeds up to 25 MPH, with a range of approximately 45 miles.

7-Speed Shifting:

The 7-speed gear system allows you to adapt to various terrains and riding conditions. Use the shifter on the handlebars to change gears smoothly. Downshift for climbing hills and upshift for flat terrain or descents.

Braking:

The ASKGO G26 is equipped with dual disc brakes for reliable stopping power. Apply both front and rear brakes simultaneously for effective and controlled deceleration. Avoid sudden, hard braking, especially at high speeds.

5. Maintenance

Battery Care:

  • Charge the battery fully before the first ride and after each use.
  • Recharge time is approximately 4-5 hours.
  • Do not overcharge or completely drain the battery.
  • Store the battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to 50-70% every 2-3 months.

Tire Maintenance:

  • Check tire pressure before each ride. Recommended pressure is usually indicated on the tire sidewall.
  • Inspect tires for wear, cuts, or punctures regularly.

Brake System:
