4.2. Heavy-Duty Clamps

5. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the NEXPOW X7. It is recommended to keep the device charged above 50% for optimal performance and longevity.
- Connect the provided C to C Supercharge Cable or USB to C Supercharge Cable to the input port of the NEXPOW X7.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the 65W Wall Charger or a compatible USB power source.
- The display will indicate the charging status and battery percentage.
6. Operating the Jump Starter (X7)
6.1. Steps to Jump Start Your Car
- Connect Clamps: Connect the red (+) clamp to the positive terminal of the car battery and the black (-) clamp to the negative terminal. The smart indicator on the clamps will show green for correct connection.
- Press Power Button: Ensure the jump starter is powered on.
- Start Vehicle: Start your car's engine. If it doesn't start immediately, wait a few seconds and try again.
- Remove Clamps: Once the car starts, immediately remove the clamps from the car battery. First remove the black (-) clamp, then the red (+) clamp.
Caution:
- Do not start any engine that exceeds the maximum displacement the jump starter can bear.
- Allow the jump starter to cool down for at least 1 minute between each start attempt.

6.2. Force Start Function

7. Operating the Tire Inflator (NP19PLUS)
7.1. Inflation Process
- Connect the air hose to the tire valve stem.
- Connect the 3m (9.8ft) power cord to a 12V power source (e.g., car cigarette lighter).
- Set the desired pressure using the controls on the inflator.
- Start the inflation. The inflator will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
The NP19PLUS can inflate standard car tires (195/55 R15) from 30 PSI to 36 PSI in less than 1.5 minutes, and Tesla tires (235/45 R18) from 30 PSI to 36 PSI in less than 2 minutes, reaching a maximum pressure of 150PSI.
7.2. Cooling Period
After running continuously for a period of time, allow the portable air compressor to cool for 10 minutes to prevent overheating and ensure longevity.
