• This appliance is equipped with an overheating protection system that automatically shuts off the unit if it becomes too hot. If this occurs, unplug the unit, allow it to cool, and check for any obstructions.
• The open window detection feature will automatically turn off the heating function if a sudden drop in room temperature is detected.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Always unplug the fireplace before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
• This appliance is for indoor use only.

3. Product Overview

The TecTake Wall-Mounted Electric Fireplace (Model 406274) offers a realistic 3D flame effect with customizable colors and brightness, combined with efficient heating capabilities. It can be controlled via a touch panel, remote control, or the Tuya smart app.

4. Installation and Setup

This electric fireplace is designed for easy wall mounting. Follow these steps for secure installation.

4.1 Wall Mounting

1. Choose a suitable location on a solid wall, ensuring there is adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and safety. Avoid mounting directly under a power outlet.
2. Using the provided mounting brackets as a template, mark the drilling points on the wall. Ensure the marks are level.
3. Drill holes at the marked points and insert the wall plugs.
4. Secure the mounting brackets to the wall using the provided screws.
5. Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the installed mounting brackets. Ensure it is securely seated.
6. Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet.

4.2 Remote Control Setup

Insert one CR2025 battery (not included) into the remote control, observing the correct polarity.

5. Operation

The fireplace can be operated using the control panel on the unit, the remote control, or the Tuya smart app.

5.1 Control Panel and Remote Control Functions

The control panel and remote control share similar functions. Refer to the icons on the panel for specific operations.

• Power Button: Turns the fireplace ON/OFF.
• Flame Effect Button: Cycles through 9 flame colors and 6 ember bed variants.
• Brightness Button: Adjusts flame brightness (5 levels).
• Heater Button: Activates the heating function. Press to cycle between 900W and 1800W.
• Temperature Up/Down: Adjusts the thermostat setting (15°C to 35°C).
• Timer Button: Sets the automatic shut-off timer (1 to 24 hours).
• Flame Speed Button: Adjusts the speed of the flame effect.

5.2 Tuya Smart App Control

Download the Tuya Smart app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your fireplace. The app allows for comprehensive control, including:

• Power ON/OFF
• Flame color and brightness adjustment
• Heating level and thermostat control
• Timer settings
• Music mode (synchronize flames with music)
• Integration with Alexa and Google Home for voice control.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and proper care will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your electric fireplace.

• Always unplug the unit from the power outlet before cleaning.
• Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Gently clean the glass panel with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner.
• Ensure the air vents are free from dust and debris to maintain proper airflow.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your fireplace, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• No Power: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the main power switch on the unit is ON.
• Heater Not Working: Verify that the heating function is activated. Check the thermostat setting; if the room temperature is above the set temperature, the heater will not activate. Ensure the overheating protection has not been triggered (unplug and allow to cool). Check if the open window detection has been activated.
• Remote Control Not Responding: Check and replace the CR2025 battery in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fireplace's sensor.
• Flame Effect Not Working: Ensure the unit is powered on and the flame effect button has been pressed.
• App Connectivity Issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is active and the fireplace is within range. Follow the Tuya app's troubleshooting guide for connection problems.
