1.2 Installation Steps

The SURFOU Wireless Doorbell is designed for quick and easy installation. Follow these steps:

1. Prepare the Receiver: Plug the receiver into a standard electrical socket in your desired location.
2. Prepare the Button: Unplug the plastic sheet from the battery compartment of the button to activate the battery.
3. Mount the Button: Choose one of the following methods to fix the button to the wall near your door:
   • Using Double-Sided Tape: Peel off the protective film from one side of a double-sided adhesive sticker and apply it to the back of the doorbell button. Peel off the other side and firmly press the button onto a clean, dry surface on your wall.
   • Using Screws: Open the doorbell button casing (use the mini screwdriver if necessary, though some models may not require it for initial battery activation). Mark the screw holes on the wall, drill pilot holes, insert wall anchors (if needed), and secure the button with the provided screws. Reassemble the casing.
4. Test the System: Press the doorbell button to ensure the receiver rings and the LED flashes.
