Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your LEAGOO Ergonomic Executive Office Chair. It is recommended to watch the official assembly video for visual guidance.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Assemble the Chair Base:
   • Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the 5-star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
   • Place the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the assembled base.
2. Attach the Seat Plate Mechanism:
   • Align the seat plate mechanism with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the "FRONT" arrow on the mechanism points towards the front of the seat.
   • Secure the mechanism using the provided screws and the Allen wrench. Tighten all screws firmly.
3. Connect Seat to Base:
   • Carefully place the assembled seat cushion onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.
4. Attach Armrests to Backrest:
   • Identify the left and right armrests. Align each armrest with the corresponding screw holes on the backrest.
   • Secure the armrests to the backrest using the provided screws. Do not fully tighten at this stage.
5. Attach Backrest Assembly to Seat:
   • Align the armrests (which are now attached to the backrest) with the screw holes on the sides of the seat cushion.
   • Insert the remaining screws and washers. Once all screws are in place, fully tighten all screws on the armrests and backrest.
6. Final Touches:
   • Attach any decorative caps over exposed screw heads.
   • Place the lumbar support pillow on the backrest for added comfort.

1. Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height:

• To raise the seat, lift the lever on the right side of the seat while taking your weight off the chair.
• To lower the seat, lift the lever while remaining seated.
• Release the lever to lock the seat at the desired height.

2. Reclining and Rocking Function

The chair features a 15° rocking function for relaxation.

• To enable the rocking function, pull the control lever (typically the same lever used for height adjustment) outwards.
• To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards.
• The chair can recline from 90° (work mode) to 105° (rest mode).

3. 3D Flip-up Armrests

The armrests are designed for versatility and space-saving.

• To flip up the armrests, simply lift them upwards. They can be raised to a 45° angle, allowing the chair to slide under a desk and save space.
• The armrests also offer 1.18" height adjustment and the cushioned panels can be shifted 1.57" forward or backward.

4. Ergonomic Curved Backrest

The mid-back design features a contoured arc that conforms to your lower spine, providing lumbar support and relieving back fatigue.

Maintenance
