The VITILAN U3 is designed for adults, featuring a powerful 250W brushless motor, a removable 48V 13Ah battery, 20"x3.0" fat tires, and dual suspension for a comfortable ride across various terrains. It offers both electric and pedal-assist modes, with a maximum speed of 25 km/h.

2. Assembly Instructions

Your VITILAN U3 e-bike comes 95% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

2.1. Unboxing and Initial Setup

Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Place the bike on a stable surface or use a bike stand if available.

2.2. Front Fender and Wheel Installation

1. Attach the front fender to the front fork using the provided screws and tools.
2. Install the front wheel by aligning the axle with the fork dropouts. Ensure the brake rotor is correctly seated within the brake caliper. Secure the wheel with the axle nuts.

2.3. Handlebar and Stem Assembly

1. Insert the handlebar stem into the head tube.
2. Adjust the height and orientation of the handlebars for a comfortable riding position.
3. Tighten the stem bolts securely.
4. Align the handlebars with the front wheel.

2.4. Rear Rack Installation

1. Attach the rear cargo rack to the designated mounting points on the frame.
2. Secure all bolts firmly.
3. Connect the rear light cable to the main wiring harness and secure it with zip ties.

2.5. Seatpost and Saddle Adjustment

1. Insert the seatpost with the saddle into the seat tube.
2. Adjust the saddle height to ensure proper leg extension while pedaling.
3. Secure the quick-release lever or seatpost clamp.

2.6. Front Rack and Headlight Installation

1. Mount the front cargo rack to the front of the bike frame.
2. Attach the headlight to the front rack.
3. Connect the headlight cable to the main wiring harness and secure it.

2.7. Pedal Installation

1. Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals.
2. Thread the 'L' pedal counter-clockwise into the left crank arm.
3. Thread the 'R' pedal clockwise into the right crank arm.
4. Tighten both pedals securely with a wrench.

2.8. Tire Inflation

Inflate the tires to the recommended pressure of 22-25 PSI for the 20"x3.0" fat tires. Do not over-inflate.

2.9. Reflector Installation

Attach the wheel reflectors to the spokes of both wheels for increased visibility.

The smart color LCD display shows speed, battery level, riding mode, trip distance, odometer, and average speed. It also allows you to select from 5 riding modes and 5 levels of pedal assistance.

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on the display.
• Assist Levels: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to cycle through the 5 pedal-assist levels.
• Riding Modes: The bike offers Electric Mode, PAS Mode, Cruise Mode, Pedal Mode, and Walking Mode.
