Maintenance

1. Emptying the Dustbin

Empty the dustbin regularly to maintain optimal suction performance. Press the release button to detach the dustbin and empty its contents into a trash receptacle. This can be done with a single click, avoiding direct contact with dust.

2. Cleaning Filters

The Ultenic U18Pro features a 6-stage multi-cyclone filtration system, including HEPA filters. Regular cleaning of filters is crucial for performance and air quality.

  1. Remove the dustbin from the main unit.
  2. Twist and pull out the filter assembly, which includes the HEPA filter, foam filters, and stainless steel filter.
  3. Tap off loose dust from all filters. Rinse the foam and stainless steel filters under running water. Do not wash the HEPA filter unless specified by the manufacturer; typically, HEPA filters are tapped clean.
  4. Allow all washable components to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling.
  5. Reassemble the filters and dustbin, ensuring all parts are securely in place.
