Setup
- Position the Compressor: Place the compressor on a stable, flat surface near the tire to be inflated. Ensure the power cables and air hose can reach without tension.
- Connect to Power: Open your vehicle's hood. Connect the red positive (+) battery clamp to the positive terminal of your 12V vehicle battery. Connect the black negative (-) battery clamp to the negative terminal. Ensure connections are secure. The LED screen on the compressor should power on, indicating it is ready for use.
- Connect Air Hose: Attach the 8-foot air hose to the compressor's air outlet using the standard 1/4 inch NPT fitting.
- Prepare Tire Valve: Remove the valve cap from the tire you wish to inflate.
- Attach Air Chuck: Securely attach the air chuck/nozzle to the tire's valve stem. The LED screen will display the current tire pressure.

Operating Instructions
- Check Current Pressure: Once the air chuck is connected, the LED screen will display the tire's current PSI.
- Set Desired PSI: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel to set your target tire pressure. For normal driving conditions, 32 PSI is often recommended, but always refer to your vehicle's manufacturer specifications.
- Start Inflation: Press the 'Start' button (often indicated by a play/pause icon) to begin inflation. The compressor will automatically stop once the preset PSI is reached.
- Monitor Progress: The LED screen will continuously display the increasing tire pressure during inflation.
- Finish and Store: Once inflation is complete and the compressor has stopped, disconnect the air chuck from the tire valve and replace the valve cap. Disconnect the battery clamps from your vehicle battery. Pack all components back into the water-resistant carrying bag for storage.
To Deflate a Tire: If you need to reduce tire pressure (e.g., for off-road driving), simply disconnect the 1/4 inch NPT fitting from the air chuck to release air. Reconnect when ready to inflate.

The LED screen provides clear, real-time PSI monitoring during operation.

Maintenance
- Air Filter Cleaning: The compressor features serviceable air filters. Regularly inspect and clean the air filters to maintain optimal performance and extend the unit's lifespan. Refer to the diagram in the package for filter location.
- General Cleaning: Wipe down the compressor and accessories with a damp cloth after each use to remove dirt and debris. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the compressor and all accessories in the provided water-resistant carrying bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cable Inspection: Periodically check the power cables and air hose for any signs of wear, cuts, or damage. Replace if necessary.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor does not turn on. | Loose battery connection, vehicle battery low, blown fuse. | Ensure clamps are securely connected. Start vehicle engine. Check inline fuse on power cable. |
| Slow inflation. | Clogged air filter, air leak in hose/connections, low vehicle voltage. | Clean or replace air filters. Check all connections for leaks. Ensure vehicle engine is running. |
| Compressor overheats and shuts off. | Exceeded duty cycle, insufficient ventilation. | Allow compressor to cool down for at least 10-15 minutes. Ensure it's in a well-ventilated area. |
| Inaccurate pressure reading. | Faulty connection to valve stem, internal sensor issue. | Ensure air chuck is fully seated on valve stem. If issue persists, contact support. |
