Store the unit in its portable EVA carrying case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The durable ABS+PC housing is designed for long-term storage in your vehicle.

Cleaning

Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Troubleshooting

  • Unit does not turn on: Ensure the unit is charged. If the battery is completely depleted, charge it for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on.
  • "READY" not displayed during jump start: Check that the jumper cable clamps are securely connected to the correct battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative). If the battery is completely dead, use the Forced Start Mode.
  • Error Warning (e.g., reverse connection): The unit's safety features will trigger a warning if an incorrect connection is detected. Disconnect the clamps and re-connect them correctly.
  • Tire inflator not working: Ensure the air pump hose is securely screwed into the unit and attached to the tire valve. Check that the desired PSI is set and the inflation process is initiated by long-pressing the mode button.
  • Device not charging from power bank: Ensure the unit has sufficient charge. Try a different USB cable or port.
