Setup
1. Charging the Earphones
Before first use, fully charge your Rockerz 200 earphones. Use the provided charging cable to connect the neckband to a USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.
- A full charge provides up to 40 hours of playtime.
- The ASAP Charge feature allows for approximately 10 hours of playtime with just a 10-minute charge.

2. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the earphones are charged and powered off.
- Press and hold the Multi-function button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, laptop, etc.).
- Search for "boAt Rockerz 200" in the list of available devices.
- Select it to connect. Once connected, the LED indicator will flash blue periodically.

- Power On/Off: Press and hold the Multi-function button.
- Play/Pause: Single press the Multi-function button.
- Volume Up/Next Track: Short press '+' for volume up, long press '+' for next track.
- Volume Down/Previous Track: Short press '-' for volume down, long press '-' for previous track.
- Answer/End Call: Single press the Multi-function button.
- Reject Call: Long press the Multi-function button.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Single press the dedicated Voice Assistant button (if available) or a specific combination on the Multi-function button.
Dual Device Pairing
The Rockerz 200 supports dual device connectivity, allowing you to pair with two devices simultaneously. This enables seamless switching between audio sources, for example, from a laptop to a smartphone for calls.
ENx Technology for Clear Voice Calls
The integrated microphones utilize ENx Technology to cancel out background noise, ensuring crystal-clear audio during calls. This feature is beneficial in noisy environments like airports or busy streets.

BEAST Mode (Low Latency Gaming)
Activate BEAST Mode for a low-latency audio experience, ideal for gaming. This mode synchronizes visuals and audio with a 60 ms low latency, enhancing your gaming sessions.

Maintenance
Water and Sweat Resistance (IPX5)
The Rockerz 200 earphones are rated IPX5, meaning they are resistant to splashes and sweat. This makes them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. Avoid submerging the earphones in water.
Magnetic Earbuds
The earbuds feature a magnetic design, allowing them to snap together when not in use. This helps prevent tangles and keeps the neckband secure around your neck.
Cleaning
Wipe the earphones with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Regularly clean the ear tips to maintain hygiene and sound quality.
Troubleshooting
- Earphones not turning on: Ensure the earphones are fully charged.
- Cannot pair with device: Make sure the earphones are in pairing mode (flashing blue and red LED) and within range of your device. Forget previous pairings on your device and try again.
- No sound: Check volume levels on both the earphones and your connected device. Ensure the earphones are properly connected.
- Poor call quality: Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Move to a quieter environment if ENx Technology is not sufficient.
- Intermittent connection: Ensure there are no obstacles between the earphones and your device. Avoid strong electromagnetic interference.
