Setup & Assembly Instructions

2. Attach Foot Protectors: Take four of the upright posts. Attach a plastic foot protector to one end of each post. Ensure the wider opening of the post is at the top for proper brace insertion.
3. Assemble the Base Frame: Connect two long horizontal crossbeams to two upright posts using the keyhole system. Ensure the lip on the crossbeams faces upward to support the shelf panel. Lightly tap with the rubber mallet to secure the connections. Repeat for the other two upright posts and two long crossbeams.
4. Connect Short Crossbeams: Attach two short horizontal crossbeams between the two assembled long sides, forming a rectangular base. Ensure all connections are secure.
5. Insert First Shelf Panel: Carefully slide the first steel shelf panel into the frame, resting it on the upward-facing lips of the crossbeams.
6. Build Subsequent Tiers: Continue adding upright posts and horizontal crossbeams for the next tiers. Ensure the wider opening of the upright posts is always facing upwards. Use the rubber mallet to firmly secure each connection.
7. Insert Remaining Shelf Panels: After each tier's frame is complete, insert the steel shelf panel.
8. Finalize Assembly: Once all tiers are assembled, ensure all connections are tight and the unit is stable.

Operating Instructions
