Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain hygiene and performance. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure charging contacts are free of debris.

2. Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust, damage, and to keep them charged. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

3. Water Resistance (IPX5)

The GOBOULT Raven earbuds are IPX5 water-resistant, meaning they can withstand sweat and light splashes of water. They are suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. However, they are not designed for submersion in water or exposure to heavy rain. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your GOBOULT Raven TWS Earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:

Low volume or poor sound qualityAdjust volume on your connected device. Ensure eartips are correctly sized and sealed in your ear canal. Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
Charging issuesEnsure the charging cable is securely connected. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case. Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
