4. Setup

Battery Installation:

1. Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight.
2. Insert the included 18650 Li-ion battery with the positive (+) terminal facing towards the flashlight head.
3. Screw the tail cap back on tightly to ensure proper contact and waterproof sealing.

Initial Charging:

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the battery. Connect the included Type-C USB cable to the charging port located under the rubber flap on the side of the flashlight. Connect the other end to a USB power source. The side switch indicator will show charging status.

5. Operating Instructions

Power On/Off:

• Tactical Tail Switch: Press the tactical tail switch fully to turn the flashlight ON/OFF. A half-press allows for momentary activation.

Mode Selection (Side Switch):

• With the flashlight ON (via tail switch), tap the side switch to cycle through the 5 brightness modes: Eco, Low, Medium, High, Turbo.
• Instant Turbo: Press and hold the side switch for 0.5 seconds to activate Turbo mode directly.
• Strobe: Press and hold the side switch for 1.5 seconds to activate Strobe mode.

Mode Memory:

The flashlight will memorize the last used brightness level (excluding Turbo and Strobe) when turned off and will return to that level when turned back on via the side switch.

Tactical vs. EDC Mode:

• Tactical Mode (Default): One press of the tail switch activates Turbo. Use the side switch to change brightness levels.
• EDC Mode: From the OFF position, press and hold the side switch, then press the tail switch. The light will come on in Turbo, but you can now select your desired default tail switch brightness using the side switch. Turn off the tail switch to save. Subsequent presses of the tail switch will activate the last selected brightness level.
• Switching Back to Tactical Mode: Turn off the tail switch, then press and hold the side switch while pressing the tail switch back to ON. This mode will always come on to Turbo regardless of the last brightness selected.

The ACEBEAM T35 features a built-in USB-C charging port for convenient recharging of the included 18650 battery.

• Charging Port: Located under a protective rubber flap on the side of the flashlight head.
• Battery Indicator: The LED on the side switch will indicate the charging status.
• Charging Time: A full charge typically takes a few hours using the provided Type-C cable.

The T35 is powered by one 18650 Li-ion rechargeable battery (included). It is also compatible with two CR123A disposable batteries for backup power.

• Included Battery: 2600mAh 18650 Li-ion battery.
• Runtime: Max runtime up to 144 hours on the lowest setting; approximately 1.5 hours on the brightest setting.
• Battery Level Indicator: The side switch LED changes color to indicate remaining battery life (e.g., Green for full, Red for low).

8. Maintenance

• Clean the threads and O-rings regularly with a clean cloth. Lubricate threads and O-rings with silicone grease periodically to maintain waterproof sealing.
• If the flashlight is not used for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage.
• Keep the flashlight away from high temperatures, humidity, and corrosive environments.

9. Troubleshooting

• Flashlight does not turn on: Check if the battery is inserted correctly with the positive (+) terminal facing the head. Ensure the tail cap is tightened securely. Check battery charge level.
• Dim output or flickering: Recharge the battery. Clean battery contacts and threads.
• Water ingress: Ensure O-rings are intact and properly seated, and the tail cap is fully tightened. Replace damaged O-rings with the provided spares.
