Setup Instructions

2. Position the Mat: Lay the massage mat flat on a bed, sofa, or floor. Ensure the surface is stable and comfortable.
3. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the mat's power input port. Then, plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The OLIXIS Full Body Massage Mat features an intuitive control panel to customize your massage experience. The control panel allows you to adjust power, massage modes, intensity, heat, and target zones.

1. Power Button (⏻): Press to turn the massage mat ON or OFF.
2. Mode Button (M): Cycle through 8 different massage modes. Each mode offers a unique vibration pattern.
3. Intensity/Speed Button (↑↓): Adjust the vibration intensity or speed across 9 levels.
4. Heat Button (♨): Activate or deactivate the heating function. The heat function operates independently of the massage.
5. Target Zone Buttons: Select specific areas for massage (e.g., shoulders, back, waist, legs).
6. Timer: The mat features a 30-minute auto-shutoff for safety.

Using the Massage Mat

1. Power On: Press the Power button to start the mat.
2. Select Mode: Press the Mode button repeatedly to choose your desired massage mode.
3. Adjust Intensity: Use the Intensity/Speed button to increase or decrease the vibration strength.
4. Activate Heat: Press the Heat button to turn on the warming function. Press again to turn it off.
5. Target Specific Areas: Use the dedicated zone buttons to focus the massage on your shoulders, back, waist, or legs.
6. Power Off: Press the Power button again to turn off the mat when finished. The mat will also automatically shut off after 30 minutes.

Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: Always unplug the mat before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the mat in water.
• Storage: When not in use, store the mat in a cool, dry place. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the mat.
